Since 1986, Marc and David Newman, Principles of Newman Development Associates have become involved in retail and shopping center developments along with vast development and redevelopment projects including commercial and mixed-use.

Through new construction, re-development, and adaptive reuse, the NDA team has been involved in multiple commercial, and mixed-use projects serving a variety of clients and needs. At NDA the development team has a hands-on approach in all aspects and phases of real estate development including land planning, environmental cleanup, construction methods.
