The NDA team participated in this major revitalization project in downtown Ithaca. The project was completed successfully on time and within budget and has been an economic driver in the Ithaca area. It is a state-of-the-art facility recognized throughout the country and has won awards for its design and sustainable development.
50 FRONT STREET
An urban revitalization, once a blighted eyesore, the prime riverfront location is located in the desirable Westside neighborhood. An old and vacant for years property was demolished and this state-of-the-art apartment complex was development sparking gentrifications of the Westside.
Lakeside Commons is a 331-bed townhouse project located contiguous to the SUNY Oneonta campus. Purpose-built with a clubhouse including a fitness center, great room with fireplace, computer lounge, study rooms, game room, management offices, and an outdoor fire pit. The project fills a significant need in the market for quality, off-campus student housing.
This site is the redevelopment of a 3 acre formerly blighted property. The site is served by two traffic signals along the busy 5th Street Highway Corridor. The project involved environmental remediation and features Chick-Fil-A, a 10,000 square foot Visions Federal Credit Union, Panera Bread, and a MOD Pizza.
